Terms of Service

Appointexo ("we", "us") provides an appointment booking service for businesses that take bookings through Telegram. You can reach us at support@appointexo.com.

Appointexo lets you connect your own Telegram bot, describe your services, staff and working hours, and let your clients book, reschedule and cancel appointments in that bot. An AI assistant can answer your clients' questions and make bookings, and the service sends reminders and notifications.

We improve the service continuously, so features may change. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your password and any bot tokens safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

The Telegram bot you connect belongs to you, and so does the relationship with your clients. You are responsible for your services, prices and policies, for the information you give the AI assistant, and for having a lawful basis to message your clients.

Telegram is a separate service. Its own terms apply to your bot and to your clients, and we are not responsible for Telegram's availability or decisions.

The AI assistant writes its answers automatically, based on the information you provide. It can make mistakes. Check what it knows about your business, and do not rely on it for advice that needs a professional, such as medical or legal advice.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI assistant replies, shown on the pricing page.

The free plan is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy charges you, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoices, and its own terms apply to the purchase.

You can cancel at any time. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to support@appointexo.com.

If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

Do not use Appointexo to send spam or messages people did not ask for, to offer illegal services or content, to mislead or harass anyone, or to break Telegram's rules.

Do not try to break into the service or other people's accounts, disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or overload it with automated requests. Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

Your content, including your services, schedules and your clients' bookings, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Appointexo running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors. Parts of it depend on services we do not control, such as Telegram and our hosting providers.

You can stop using Appointexo at any time. To delete your account and its data, write to support@appointexo.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Appointexo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the admin panel before it takes effect. If you keep using Appointexo after that, the new terms apply.
