How it works

Connect your own bot
Create a bot in Telegram's BotFather and paste its token into the Appointexo admin panel. The bot carries your salon's name, not ours.

Add services and stylists
Set each service's duration and price, add your stylists with their own working hours, and choose whether clients pick a stylist or take the first one free.

Share the link
Put the bot link in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile or on a sticker at the front desk. Clients open it and book in a few taps.

Let the AI assistant handle questions
"How much is a manicure?", "Are you open on Sunday?", "Do you have anything with Anna tomorrow?" The AI assistant answers from the services, hours and notes you gave it, and can book the appointment in the same conversation.

What to know before you start
- Your clients need Telegram. If most of them do not use it, a web booking page may suit you better.
- Appointexo does not take card payments at booking. Clients pay at the salon as usual.
- It is a booking tool, not full salon software: there is no inventory, payroll or point of sale.
Questions
Can a client choose a specific stylist?
Yes. For each service you decide whether the bot shows a list of stylists, offers "any free stylist" as well, or does not ask at all.
How do reminders work?
The bot sends a reminder about a day before the visit and again about two hours before. Each reminder has a cancel button, so a client who cannot come frees the time while you can still give it to someone else.
What does the AI assistant know about my salon?
Only what you give it: your services, prices, working hours, stylists, and any FAQ entries or documents you add in the admin panel. If it does not know something, it can pass the question to you.
Is it free?
The free plan covers 5 services and 25 appointments a month, with the AI assistant included. Professional is $29 a month for 50 services and 1,000 appointments a month.
