How it works

Connect your clinic's bot
Create a bot in Telegram's BotFather and connect it in the Appointexo admin panel. Patients see your clinic's name and description.

Add doctors and services
Each doctor has their own working hours and their own list of services. A consultation, a check-up and a procedure can each have their own duration and price.

Set your cancellation rules
Choose how close to the visit a patient can still cancel on their own. Inside that window the bot tells them to contact the clinic.

Answer the routine questions automatically
The AI assistant answers questions about services, prices, doctors and opening hours from the information you provide, and books the visit in the same chat. Anything it cannot answer goes to your team.

What to know before you start
- Appointexo is a booking tool, not a medical records system. Do not use it to store diagnoses or treatment notes.
- Patients need Telegram to book through the bot.
- Payment at booking is not available. Patients pay at the clinic as usual.
Questions
Can patients book with a specific doctor?
Yes. Each doctor has their own schedule and services, and the bot can show patients the list of doctors for the service they picked.
What if a patient wants to cancel at the last minute?
You set a cancellation cutoff for each service. Before it, the patient cancels in the bot in one tap; after it, the bot asks them to contact the clinic.
Does the AI assistant give medical advice?
It should not, and you control what it knows. It answers from the services, prices, hours and FAQ you add, and can hand a conversation to a person on your team.
How much does it cost?
The free plan covers 5 services and 25 appointments a month. Professional is $29 a month for 50 services and 1,000 appointments a month. Larger clinics can contact us about the Enterprise plan.
