How it works

Connect your bot
Create a bot in Telegram's BotFather and connect it in the admin panel. Students find it by your school's name.

Add lesson types and teachers
A trial lesson, a 60-minute lesson and a consultation can each have their own length and price. Each teacher has their own hours.

Share the bot with students
Post the link in your channel, your group chat or on your website. Students book a time that suits them and see their upcoming lessons in the bot.

Let the AI assistant answer and capture interest
It answers questions about courses, levels and prices from the information you provide. When someone is interested but not ready to book, it saves them as a lead so you can follow up.

What to know before you start
- Appointexo books one student per time slot. Group classes with a seat limit are not supported yet.
- There is no course catalog, homework or progress tracking. It handles booking, questions and reminders.
- Students need Telegram to book through the bot.

Can students book a free trial lesson?
Yes. Add a trial lesson as a service with its own length and a price of zero.
Can I run group classes?
Not yet. Each time slot is booked by one person. If your classes are mostly groups with a seat limit, Appointexo is not the right fit today.
What happens when someone only asks about prices?
The AI assistant answers, and if the person shows interest without booking, it can save them as a lead with their contact so you can follow up.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 5 services and 25 appointments a month with the AI assistant included. Professional is $29 a month.
